How do I get started?

1. Choose a package.

3. Wait for a confirmation email within 24-hrs of payment. Detailed instructions will be provided therein.

What if I would like a refund?

No refunds are available. If you are unable to submit your resume and/or statement after you have paid please contact GYST to reschedule your submission.

What is the turn around time for GYST to respond to my document?

GYST will respond in five business days.

How long does the client have to respond to GYST's editorial suggestions?

The client has up to 10 business days to respond to GYST's edits.

What is a rush order?

AA rush order guarantees a 48-hr turn around time upon confirmation.

Does GYST send out reminder emails when edits are due?

GYST provides return deadlines but does not provide reminder emails.
