In return for the use of their property in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purposes.

The Property Owner waives any right to inspect or approve the finished versions, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith. 

The Property Owner is of legal age, and has read this release and is fully familiar with its contents.
