How to use MAC and PC versions at same time?

If you have a MAC computer with the software on it, and then a PC computer with the software on it, how can you make sure the information in both is the same without manually importing any changes you make each time?

It would be best to use ONE as a master and then consider the other as back up, but you can copy and paste the whole file onto one computer or the other via an external hard drive.I would suggest using Dropbox, it is a free program where you can keep a master file and you can open it and work on it with two computers. It will also update any changes you make to that file on your other computer. Just make sure you only open one at a time.
